CeTIF realises trainings  for financial institutions and technological companies, organized by professors from the academic, scientific, and financial fields. These courses meet the single organization's specific needs. CeTIF collaborates on materials, contents, and methods with INSEAD Business School.

Different Training Models are used to this purpose:

• single Training: specific modules included in an already consolidated program.
• educational Training: joint exercises based on real cases and learning sessions.
• implementation Essay: both theoretical and practice learning sessions with cross fertilization meetings;
• focus on continuos change management;
• effective use of traditional and innovative educational tools (simulation games, focus-group, implementation essay and practical sessions).
