The Workshops are organized as monthly meetings on specific topics. Speakers come from various financial institutions including the Bank of Italy, the Milan Stock Exchange, and Consob (the Italian financial instruments trading authority), all of which have long experience. The schedule for the CeTIF workshop is announced each year and attendance is free for CeTIF members.

The programs are intended to offer an overview of the more interesting financial problems. In the past some workshops were focused on topics such as Internal Auditing, Compliance, Private Banking, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Internet-based Technologies, Asset Management, IT Governance, Basel II, Business Continuity, Banking Counters, Bank Branch Solutions, and Outsourcing.
